FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals in care homes and community settings.
We welcome applications from experienced carers, students, and individuals looking to start a rewarding career in care.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to elderly residents
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting service users on a one-to-one basis
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working as part of a professional care team
What We Are Looking For
- Caring, compassionate and professional attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Drivers with access to a vehicle are preferred
- Students are welcome to apply
