About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Mandarin Speaking Assistant Site Manager to join our growing construction team based in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years’ experience in the construction industry. We also welcome applications from recent graduates in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, or other related construction disciplines who are eager to develop a career in site management.

Working alongside the Site Manager, you will support the day-to-day delivery of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with the daily management of construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Support the coordination of daily site activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain project documentation, site records, and general paperwork.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and assist with quality inspections.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure projects run smoothly.

RequirementsEssential

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• 1–3 years’ experience in the construction industry, or a recent graduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, or another related discipline.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
