FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Enhancer to join our team. As a Project Enhancer, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities, coordinating tasks, and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a challenging role that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
– Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines
– Assist in the coordination and tracking of project tasks and deliverables
– Utilise project management software, such as Jira, Basecamp, or Project Server, to manage project documentation and communication
– Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
– Support product development initiatives by providing input and feedback
– Assist in team management activities, including scheduling meetings and coordinating resources
– Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
– Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members
– Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
– Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation
Skills:
– Proficient in using project management software, such as Jira, Basecamp, or Project Server
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
– Knowledge of SAS or similar data analysis software is desirable
– Familiarity with Workday or other HR management systems is a plus
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
