FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, primarily focused on ERP implementations (Odoo and integrated systems).
This role combines structured governance (PRINCE2-style) with practical, agile delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
You will work closely with consultants, developers, and clients to manage scope, risks, timelines, and communication across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: discovery → delivery → go-live → hypercare
- Control scope, budget, and timelines across multiple projects
- Lead client communication and stakeholder management
- Ensure proper documentation, WBS, and change control
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks (scope creep, delays, dependencies)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, technical leads)
- Track progress using project tools (tickets, reports, milestones)
- Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
Required Experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in IT
- Strong understanding of scope management and change requests
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP
- Knowledge of PRINCE2 / Agile methodologies
- Experience in system integrations (APIs, third-party tools)
