Time To Shine has been providing high-quality care and support to people with a wide range of needs for over a decade. We are recruiting Support Workers for our brand new Respite and Short breaks service in Kettering (NN15), which has been opened in partnership with North Northamptonshire Council.
We are looking for individuals with experience supporting a wide range of needs, including autistic people, Individuals with Learning Disabilities, and Individuals with Physical Disabilities. The role will focus on supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, accessing community opportunities (Eating out, swimming, cinema, bowling, etc.) and providing activities while at the provision (Baking, sensory play, fun projects, movie nights, etc)

The right candidate will also have the opportunity to become a key worker for named individuals, ensuring that risk assessments and support plans accurately reflect the individual’s needs and wishes.

In order to be considered for a Support Worker role, you would need previous experience in a similar role and preferably hold or be working towards a Level 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
