Support Worker / Care Assistant – Complex Needs (Adult)
Our client is seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers / Carers to provide high-quality, person-centered support to an elderly person.
Role Responsibilities
- Full assistance with daily living tasks and safe positioning.
- Support with personal care and daily living tasks as required, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Skilled support to ensure safe transfers, correct posture, and safe feeding.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Support Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach. Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
