FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Family Support and Partnership Care Ltd seeks dedicated and passionate Support Workers to help vulnerable children, young people with complex needs such as Autism and ADHD We are looking for staff who are compassionate about enhancing outcomes for children and families, treat families with respect and kindness, and are committed to promoting children’s and young people’s independence and life skills. At Family Support and Partnership Care, we understand the unique role that Support Workers play in helping children and families. We offer enhanced support to Support Workers to ensure they effectively deliver and meet the children’s and families’ needs. This support includes an in-depth induction programme, on-the-job support and training, enhanced supervision, ongoing professional development, mentorship, and flexible working hours.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Implementing individualised care and support plans at home or in the community Escorting children and young people to attend community activities and enhance their independence and skills
• Engaging with parents of children with special needs to provide guidance, helping them manage their children’s learning and behavioural challenges
• Linking children and families with community resources
• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting families in navigating support systems, community resources, and crisis intervention services
• Working with other professionals in health, education, and children’s centres

• Although some experience in healthcare work would be beneficial, it isn’t absolutely necessary, as we provide full training.
• You’ll fit right in if you’re passionate, hard-working, and empathetic.
• Language: English (preferred)
