FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services across various sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and strategic negotiation to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving licence and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual benefit.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using organisational tools.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ activities.
• Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or promotional events.

You will have

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in B2B sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proficient IT skills including CRM software utilisation and MS Office suite.
• Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
