FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven, charismatic, and ambitious individual to join our growing team as a Luxury Villa Rentals Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales driven environment and wants to earn based on performance, while working with high-end, luxury clients.

You’ll be helping clients plan unforgettable villa holidays in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, offering a personalised and premium service from enquiry through to booking.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Managing enquiries from high-value clients looking for luxury villa holidays

• Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

• Recommending tailored villa options based on client needs

• Converting enquiries into bookings and maximising sales opportunities

• Liaising with local agents and in-resort partners to ensure seamless client experiences

• Keeping up to date with destinations, properties, and travel trends

Work Schedule

Flexible remote schedule you manage independently.

You Will Have

• Proven sales experience (travel industry experience is a bonus but not essential)

• Confident communicator with excellent people skills

• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Organised and able to manage your own workload independently

• Knowledge of luxury travel destinations is an advantage
