FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Fixed Term or secondment for 18 months due to the improvements in service delivery
Secondment Opportunity Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our admin team in the podiatry service main office at Clackmannanshire Health Care Centre.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Podiatry Department and to the wider AHP Outpatient care group.
The successful applicant will require experience of working within a busy office environment undertake administrative duties associated with out-patients activity. Team working, good communication skills and flexibility in approach to work are important components of this post.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Providing comprehensive administrative/secretarial support to Podiatry Department plus wider AHP teams.
• Managing outpatient activity records plus associated clinical administration within busy office environment.
• Demonstrating team working, flexibility plus strong communication supporting service delivery effectively.
• Maintaining accurate patient records plus departmental correspondence upholding NHS administrative standards.
Work Schedule
Full-time 36 hours weekly
You Will Have
• Proven experience within busy healthcare office environments handling outpatient administration confidently.
• Excellent communication plus team working skills supporting multidisciplinary AHP clinical teams.
• Strong organisational ability plus flexibility adapting to fluctuating departmental administrative demands.
• Self-motivation working independently within established NHS Forth Valley podiatry service structure.
Requirements
• Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check required for patient-facing healthcare administrative position.
