FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Website and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and technical expertise across various digital platforms. The ideal applicant will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of current marketing trends and tools. Your Responsibilities include:
• Lead the day-to-day management, maintenance, security, content, and product updates, performance optimisation, and SEO of our e-commerce and content websites, while working closely with developers and the marketing team to ensure smooth functionality, excellent user experience, and strong lead generation and conversion performance.
• Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and content marketing.
• Manage content creation and curation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to optimise strategies and maximise ROI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future activities.

You Will Have
• Proven digital marketing experience demonstrating SEO, Google Ads plus Google Analytics expertise.
• Technical proficiency in Magento, WordPress, Microsoft Office plus email marketing platforms essential.
• Strong analytical skills interpreting data insights developing actionable growth strategies effectively.
• Excellent English communication/copywriting plus leadership managing multiple projects under deadlines.
Requirements
• Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO optimisation, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
• Proficiency in Magento, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects within a fast-paced environment.
