FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to provide personalised academic support to students across various age groups. The successful candidate will assist learners in improving their understanding of subject matter, fostering confidence, and developing effective study skills. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ educational journeys through engaging and tailored instruction.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Deliver customised tutoring sessions in designated subjects, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
• Develop personalised lesson plans to meet individual student needs and learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special educational needs or learning difficulties.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that promotes student engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and session outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, or relevant staff regarding student development and challenges.

You Will Have
• Knowledge of special education strategies plus inclusive teaching practices highly desirable.
• Passion for student growth with flexibility adapting sessions based on progress feedback.
Requirements
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
• Knowledge of special education strategies and inclusive teaching practices is desirable.
• Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting student growth.
• Organised with the ability to plan engaging lessons tailored to individual requirements.
• Flexibility to adapt sessions based on student progress and feedback.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or specialised subjects are advantageous but not essential.
