FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

24hr Dynamic Care seeks compassionate female Support Workers providing home care for clients with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and dementia. This essential role delivers personalized assistance enhancing client independence and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation) following individual care plans.

• Implementing behaviour management strategies supporting clients with challenging behaviours.

• Assisting mobility activities while maintaining accurate confidential care records.

• Offering companionship, emotional support and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Work Schedule

Part-time flexitime hours serving Glasgow G14 home care clients.

You Will Have

• 3+ months UK care experience required with first aid/basic health knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills building rapport with clients/families.

• Compassionate team/independent worker delivering high-quality personalized care.

• Driving licence preferred for client home visits across local area.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (client request) with UK work authorization and English fluency.
