FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Amazing Properties seeks skilled Software Developers specializing in web scraping and automation for real estate data extraction. This technical role builds scalable systems handling anti-bot protections across platforms like Zillow, LoopNet and Crexi.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Designing high-performance scraping pipelines extracting structured real estate data.

• Implementing rotating proxies, CAPTCHA solutions and headless browser automation (Playwright/Selenium).

• Building systems handling rate limits, IP blocking and multi-page scraping flows.

• Optimizing workflows for high-volume lead generation with data stored in JSON/CSV/databases.

Work Schedule

Full-time remote with flexible hours requiring stable internet connection.

You Will Have

• Strong Python experience (Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Selenium) for web scraping.

• Expertise handling anti-bot measures, rotating proxies and network request management.

• HTML/CSS/DOM parsing proficiency plus SQL/NoSQL database data storage skills.

• 2+ years building scalable parallelized scraping systems with problem-solving capability.

• English communication skills complying with legal/ethical scraping guidelines.
