FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Betfred seeks customer-focused Retail Assistants creating welcoming betting shop environments. This frontline role processes bets, handles queries and maintains responsible gambling standards within lively sports betting retail setting.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Processing customer bets accurately while handling cash transactions.

• Engaging customers knowledgeably about sports betting products/promotions.

• Maintaining clean, presentable shop environment following Think 25 age verification.

• Supporting promotional events and collaborating with team for optimal customer experience.

Work Schedule

Full-time shifts covering evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You Will Have

• Outstanding customer service skills engaging diverse betting customers.

• Right to work in UK (18+), flexible availability for unsocial hours.

• Team player attitude with eagerness to learn betting/gaming operations.

• Cash handling accuracy plus sports/betting interest (beneficial, not essential).
