FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

HadiCare seeks compassionate Home Care Assistants delivering personalized support across North Leeds. This community-focused role builds lasting client relationships through consistent care visits promoting independence with dignity.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care, medication support and meal preparation per individual needs.

• Assisting with mobility, light domestic tasks and companionship during home visits.

• Following care plans for both standard home care and complex care clients.

• Maintaining professional care documentation serving Roundhay, Alwoodley and surrounding areas.

Work Schedule

Flexible full/part-time shifts (6am-10pm weekdays + alternate weekends): mornings 06:00-11:00, lunch 11:00-15:30, tea 15:30-19:00, bed 19:00-22:15.

You Will Have

• Full UK driving licence with car access essential for community home visits.

• Care experience preferred (training provided for beginners) plus Complex Care background advantageous.

• Compassionate approach building trust through consistent client relationships.

• Reliable team player available for flexible shifts including weekends.

• Alternate weekend availability required for comprehensive care coverage.
