FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

NORTHLANDRDSS seeks a Care Manager to lead a team of six supporting an intelligent middle-aged male with acquired brain injury. This leadership role manages 24/7 care coverage, staff training and accompanies client to activities including sailing, flying, hiking, tennis, canoeing, arts & crafts and golf.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Leading team of six ensuring all shifts covered with appropriately trained staff.

• Supporting client across diverse activities while maintaining 24/7 safety supervision.

• Managing administration including staff rotas, training records and Excel documentation.

• Accompanying client to sports/outdoor pursuits promoting active lifestyle participation.

Work Schedule

24-40 hours weekly with shift work and extra hours available covering staff absences.

You Will Have

• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification preferred (Level 3 considered).

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults with brain injury/cognitive challenges.

• Leadership skills managing care teams with working Excel knowledge.

• Interest in sports/outdoor activities with team leadership/administration capability.

Requirements

• UK resident with Permanent Right to Work/ILR and full UK driving licence required.
