FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Pharmacy2U seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to serve as Responsible Pharmacist during afternoon shifts at the UK’s largest online pharmacy. This role ensures GPhC-compliant operations, clinical accuracy and patient safety across high-volume NHS/private prescription processing.
Your Responsibilities include:
⢠Assuming full Responsible Pharmacist accountability maintaining legal/ethical/GPhC compliance.
⢠Clinically checking prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, safety and managing queries within SLAs.
⢠Overseeing dispensary operations, reviewing incidents/near misses and providing clinical guidance.
⢠Liaising with Professional Standards, Customer Service and Operations teams resolving issues.
Work Schedule
Full-time 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday 15:00-23:00 shifts.
You Will Have
⢠GPhC registration with proven Responsible Pharmacist experience in high-volume settings.
⢠Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail and fast-paced accuracy under time pressure.
⢠Excellent communication collaborating across multidisciplinary teams maintaining compliance.
Requirements
⢠Right to live/work in UK with DBS check required.
