FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Holistic Healthcare Cambridge is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, nurse-led care for individuals with complex needs in the community. This clinically focused role is suited to nurses with complex care, A&E, HDU or ICU experience who want to provide person-centred care in service users’ homes.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Delivering person-centred care within service users’ homes.

• Supervising, supporting and mentoring Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.

• Ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality care delivery.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including MAR charts.

• Building professional relationships with service users and multidisciplinary teams.

Work Schedule

Full-time, permanent in-person role based in Bedford and Royston areas.

You Will Have

• Valid NMC pin and proven UK nursing experience in complex care.

• Strong clinical judgement and ability to manage a varied caseload.

• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

• Commitment to person-centred care and safe clinical practice.

Requirements

• Experience with airway management, tracheostomy care, NIV, enteral feeding and suctioning.

• Willingness to work across Bedford and Royston.

• Adult nursing experience is desirable.
