FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Béline Recruitment seeks a compassionate Health Care Assistant/Support Worker to provide high-quality support in care homes and home care settings. This part-time role focuses on delivering personalised care, maintaining safety and comfort, and helping service users with daily living while working in a respectful, caring environment.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and mobility support.

• Supporting personalised care plans and helping with medication administration.

• Providing companionship, emotional support, meal preparation and light domestic tasks.

• Maintaining accurate care records using IT systems and following health and safety protocols.

Work Schedule

Part-time role, in person, based in London.

You Will Have

• Empathy, reliability and a professional attitude.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Basic IT skills for record keeping and care documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to follow care plans and detailed instructions accurately.

• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
