FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Chobham Pharmacy seeks an experienced Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to lead clinical services for their new online healthcare platform focused on weight management, men’s health and preventative medicine. This entrepreneurial role involves designing compliant clinical pathways, overseeing prescribing services and driving clinical governance within a growing independent pharmacy.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Leading all prescribing services ensuring safe, effective care across digital platform.
• Conducting patient assessments, making independent prescribing decisions per clinical guidelines.
• Developing structured clinical pathways for weight management, ED, hair loss with patient safety focus.
• Managing clinical governance including risk, SOPs, audits, quality assurance and GPhC/CQC compliance.
Work Schedule
Flexible 15-40 hours per week with flexitime remote arrangements.
You Will Have
• Registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Senior level digital health experience in weight management/obesity care.
• Strategic thinking translating clinical evidence into scalable solutions.
Requirements
• Strong clinical governance ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-informed decision making balancing clinical judgement and risk management.
