FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Jazz Imaging seeks a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to ensure data integrity across departments through accurate database management and processing. This remote role focuses on data entry, validation, reporting support and collaboration to streamline procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Accurately inputting and updating data into company database systems.

• Reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness and quality.

• Assisting with report generation and analytics from processed data.

• Collaborating with teams to improve data processing workflows.

Work Schedule

Full-time remote position with flexible remote work arrangements.

You Will Have

• Proven experience in data entry/processing roles.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and productivity software.

Requirements

• Excellent written/verbal communication and multitasking ability.

• Database management systems experience.

• Data analysis tools familiarity and data privacy regulation knowledge.
