FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Epsilon Basics Ltd seeks a technically strong Data Analyst/Trainer for their growing technology consultancy specializing in data analytics, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions. This hybrid role combines hands-on client project delivery with instructor-led training, requiring advanced Microsoft certifications and proven experience building production-quality data solutions for SME/public-sector clients.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing, cleaning and modelling data using Power Query/Microsoft Fabric for reliable reporting foundations.

• Designing production Power BI dashboards with DAX measures, row-level security and published workspaces.

• Architecting Microsoft Fabric environments including lakehouses, pipelines, Spark notebooks and semantic models.

• Delivering instructor-led training sessions in Power BI, Fabric and analytics fundamentals as MCT.

Work Schedule

Full-time 37.5 hours/week hybrid arrangement.

You Will Have

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600), Active MCT status.

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.

• Hands-on Power BI/Fabric delivery experience and technical training track record.

Requirements

• Strong data wrangling across multiple sources and clear communication of complex analytics to non-technical audiences.

• SQL/Python experience, training business background.
