FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Share Scotland seeks enthusiastic Support Workers for their Liberton, Edinburgh service, providing individually tailored care to adults with complex disabilities in their own homes and local community. As part of a dynamic, family-led team with nearly 30 years’ experience, you’ll help service users pursue their chosen lifestyle while bringing your unique skills and personality to create meaningful impact.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Supporting adults with complex disabilities to live independently in their own homes.
• Assisting with daily living activities, personal care and community participation according to individual needs.
• Building relationships and promoting service users’ chosen lifestyles within their local community.
• Working collaboratively within supportive teams to deliver person-centred care.
Work Schedule
39 hours per week including sleepovers where required (£121.05 flat rate), with flexible patterns to meet service needs.
You Will Have
• Enthusiastic personality with right attitude (full training provided – no experience needed).
• Ability to bring unique skills, interests and ideas to support service users.

• Commitment to person-centred care for adults with complex disabilities.
