FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Bluebird Care Live-In Care Assistant, you’ll provide 24/7 personalised support to clients across North Hampshire/West Berkshire including personal care, medication administration, manual handling, meal preparation, shopping, household chores, social outings, and companionship while enjoying 2-hour daily breaks, free diplomas/training, and visa sponsorship within leading home care provider offering impactful role with comprehensive support for experienced live-in carers.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Deliver personal care + medication administration.
- Manual handling using equipment as required.
- Complete household chores + meal preparation/shopping.
- Accompany clients on social outings + companionship.
- Follow individual care plans maintaining client wellbeing.
Work Schedule
Live-in with clients for agreed periods.
2-hour daily breaks provided.
Flexibility moving between client assignments.
You Will Have
- Kind/caring nature + professionalism.
- Live-in commitment capability for extended periods.
- Manual handling + medication administration competence.
- Household management + companionship skills.
Requirements
- Previous live-in care experience mandatory.
- Full UK driving licence + vehicle access essential.
- Right to work in UK required.
- Female carer for gender-specific placements.
