As a Construction Disputes Solicitor with Elysian Legal, you’ll manage complex construction disputes for social-purpose clients providing commercially astute advice, handling ADR proceedings (adjudication/mediation), developing junior lawyers, and contributing to community impact initiatives within purpose-led firm offering visa sponsorship, hybrid working, and modern facilities serving construction sector across Manchester/Birmingham offices.

Your Responsibilities include:

Advise on construction disputes delivering practical guidance.
Manage caseload progressing matters to resolution.
Represent clients in ADR proceedings (adjudication/mediation).
Support training/development of junior team members.
