FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Lily Health Plus Recruitment Manager/Consultant in Liverpool, you’ll lead talent acquisition across sectors through comprehensive strategies including social media sourcing, full lifecycle management (ATS: Workday/Taleo/PeopleSoft/Salesforce), hiring manager relationships, candidate engagement, market research, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment metrics analysis driving organisational growth within healthcare-focused provider offering visa sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Develop recruitment strategies across social media/direct channels.

• Manage full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

• Utilise ATS (Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, Salesforce) for tracking/reports.

• Build hiring manager/external agency relationships.

• Lead candidate engagement + employer branding initiatives.

Work Schedule

Full-time Liverpool city centre office-based.

L1 4DQ professional services environment.

You Will Have 

• HR/Business degree (preferred) OR proven recruitment success.

• Market research/talent trend analysis expertise.

• Excellent relationship management/communication skills.

• Data-driven recruitment metrics optimisation.

Requirements

• Strategic recruitment lifecycle management experience.

• ATS/HRIS platform proficiency (Workday/Taleo/etc.).

• Social media recruitment + lead generation capability.
