FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Wetherspoon Cleaner at The Thomas Waghorn in Chatham, you’ll maintain excellent cleanliness standards across customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff rooms, and outside spaces through daily/weekly/monthly tasks following strict procedures during early morning shifts (6:30am-10:00am daily) while enjoying comprehensive training, staff discounts, and career progression opportunities within UK’s largest pub operator.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Clean all pub areas: customer zones, toilets, bar, kitchen, outside spaces.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly cleaning following standard procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals/equipment safely per guidelines.
• Monitor supplies notifying manager when restocking needed.
• Report maintenance/pest issues immediately.

Work Schedule

8 hours per week part-time.

Daily 6:30am-10:00am Monday-Sunday (flexible weekend availability).

Early morning shifts before pub opening.

You Will Have

Requirements

• Weekend availability essential for daily early shifts.
• Reliable, friendly team player attitude.
• Calm under pressure maintaining cleaning standards.
• Age 18+ due to shift patterns/lone working.
