FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Cafe Manager Trainee with PPHL Food Group on Fulham Road, you’ll develop leadership skills through hands-on cafe operations including daily service delivery, food preparation/cooking maintaining hygiene standards, team supervision, stock/inventory management, customer engagement, menu planning, and health/safety compliance while receiving training/mentorship preparing for full managerial roles within hospitality sector offering visa sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Assist daily cafe operations ensuring smooth customer service.
- Support food prep/cooking maintaining food safety standards.
- Supervise team providing shift guidance/efficient workflow.
- Manage stock levels, organise inventory, order supplies.
- Ensure kitchen/service area cleanliness/organisation.
Work Schedule
Full-time permanent cafe operations.
London SW6 Fulham Road location.
You Will Have
- Food prep/cooking/hospitality experience (desirable).
- Team supervision/management background (advantageous).
- Kitchen operations/food safety knowledge.
- Barista/food production/serving experience beneficial.
Requirements
