FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Night Service Senior Assistant within Worcestershire County Council’s Reablement Team, you’ll respond to overnight service requests (9pm-7am) providing person-centred care enabling independence during short-term intensive support periods, motivating individuals through daily activities, personal care, and skill-building across Worcestershire while ensuring PPE provision and weekly COVID testing within this forward-thinking council committed to healthier, longer independent lives for residents.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Respond to night service requests (9pm-7am) across Worcestershire.

• Deliver person-centred reablement care promoting independence.

• Motivate individuals achieving personal goals/outcomes.

• Support personal care activities with full PPE provision.

• Travel county-wide supporting reablement service delivery.

Work Schedule

Part-time 17.5 hours per week.

Night shifts: 9pm – 7am, 7 days availability.

County-wide travel from Worcester WR5 base.
