FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with Equans Data Centers, you’ll support commercial management on cutting-edge data center projects from inception to completion, handling cost control, contract compliance (JCT, NEC), financial reviews, variation pricing, and commercial reporting while ensuring health & safety standards within this leading expert organisation. Starting September 2026, this 2-year structured programme based in High Wycombe combines formal training with practical experience, supporting your transition to professional Quantity Surveyor status through regular Early Careers reviews, professional body membership pursuit (RICS), and access to employee networks including Young Professionals.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Support contract compliance across JCT, NEC forms ensuring governance.
- Execute financial reviews monitoring projected costs within budget.
- Price/agree contract variations at earliest opportunity.
- Prepare financial control/WIP/CVR documents for month-end reporting.
- Maintain commercial control per company policies/procedures.
Work Schedule
Full-time permanent Graduate Programme.
Starting September 2026 for 2-year duration.
High Wycombe base supporting data center projects.

Requirements

- Willingness to pursue professional body membership (RICS).
