FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Intern with LOVESPACE, you’ll serve as the friendly first point of contact across phone, email, and live chat for the UK’s largest tech-enabled storage and collection service, solving customer problems, processing bookings, maintaining accurate accounts, and contributing to team KPIs for response times and satisfaction. This office-based role (SE1) supports Spectrum Storage Group’s growth through exceptional service delivery that builds positive reviews and referrals, available with flexible start dates in late April, early May, or August 2026 for durations from 8 weeks to 6 months. You’ll collaborate with the wider team embodying company values of customer focus, ownership, continuous improvement, and mutual support while gaining exposure to fast-growing entrepreneurial operations.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Process bookings, update customer accounts accurately, and act on feedback.
• Build reputation through positive reviews, referrals, and service improvements.
• Stay current with product knowledge to confidently support customer needs.
• Contribute to team targets around response times, satisfaction, and quality KPIs.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm office hours.
Flexibility for 1 Saturday per month.
Start dates: late April, early May, or August 2026.

Requirements
• Previous experience delivering high-standard customer service.
• Availability for weekday office shifts (SE1) plus occasional Saturday.
