FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Software Support Analyst at Simitive, you will become the go-to expert helping universities maximise their use of workload planning software, handling everything from initial setup to ongoing administration and client support. Rated as the best support by clients, you will adapt systems to evolving needs, respond to queries within agreed timeframes, build strong relationships with key contacts, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery of promised services. This role combines technical configuration, client service excellence, and proactive monitoring to help higher education institutions benefit fully from Simitive’s products.

You will work remotely in a team-focused environment, coordinating tasks, producing workload reports, maintaining documentation, and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement while staying informed about higher education developments.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Help clients adapt Simitive systems by updating settings, data imports, and processes as their needs evolve.

• Respond accurately and promptly to client questions, service requests, and support tickets within SLAs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at university client institutions.

• Coordinate Support team work to meet client goals, collaborating with other Simitive departments for seamless delivery.

• Produce workload reports and guide clients in interpreting their data insights.

• Monitor overall client benefit, escalate relevant issues, and follow Simitive’s support processes rigorously.

• Maintain current internal guides/documentation and share knowledge across the Support team.

Work Schedule

Full-time permanent with flexitime flexibility.
