FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Community Care Worker with Celtic Care Services Ltd, you will provide compassionate domiciliary care across Chippenham, Corsham, Malmesbury, Devizes, Calne, Melksham, Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon, and nearby villages, helping individuals live independently at home. This rewarding role involves personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, and daily tasks, celebrating the company’s 25 years of community service with no two days the same. You’ll work with a supportive, family-run team committed to professional standards and carer recognition through enhanced weekend/Bank Holiday pay.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Provide personal care and support customers remaining independent in their own homes.

• Assist with medication prompts, meal preparation, and nutritional support.

• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help with daily tasks and routines.

• Support mobility, personal hygiene, and household activities as needed.

Work Schedule

Full-time (up to 40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours) flexible patterns.

Alternate weekend availability required.

Weekday rate: £13.80/hour; Weekend: £15.00/hour; Bank Holidays: time and a half.
