FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

H. Samuel is looking for a Sales Associate to join its store team in Leeds. This part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for customers.

At H. Samuel, Sales Associates help customers Celebrate Life and Express Love by helping them find the perfect jewellery, watch, or gift for special occasions. The team prides itself on delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with customers.

As a key member of the store team, you will develop strong product knowledge and jewellery expertise so you can confidently assist customers with their enquiries. You will also contribute to maintaining store performance and achieving sales targets.

H. Samuel encourages individuality and has a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code, allowing team members to express their personal style while representing the brand.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences

• Develop strong product knowledge of jewellery, watches, and gifts

• Assist customers with enquiries and help them find the perfect products

• Support the team in achieving store sales targets

• Maintain high standards of store presentation

• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

You will have:

• Have a customer-first mindset and passion for retail

• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude

• Enjoy engaging with a diverse range of customers

• Have an interest in jewellery, watches, and gift products

• Be confident communicating and building relationships with customers

• Previous jewellery experience is not required, but an interest in the products and a willingness to learn is important.
