FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
VHM Care is a family-run home care provider established in 2017 and dedicated to supporting the local community in Worthing. The organisation is currently seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to join its growing care team.
In this role, you will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and wellbeing while delivering person-centred care.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement personalised care plans with healthcare professionals.
• Assist clients with daily activities and ensure their comfort and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate with families.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Promote a supportive and respectful environment through effective communication.
Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends with flexitime options
Requirements
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to a personal vehicle with business-use insurance.
• Right to work in the UK (Certificate of Sponsorship or visa switch may be available for suitable candidates).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Caring, reliable, and community-focused attitude.
