FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Game Nation is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join the team at its Chatham venue. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively entertainment environment while delivering exceptional customer service to guests.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring every customer has a positive and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting them during their visit, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe venue.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring positive energy to every shift. Whether your background is in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role, your communication skills and friendly attitude will help you succeed in this position.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Welcome customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere
• Assist guests and provide support whenever needed
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe venue environment
• Support promotional activities and in-store events
• Follow company procedures to maintain a safe and responsible gaming environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Work Schedule
• Part-time position
• Day and night shifts available
• Expected working hours: approximately 30 hours per week
• On-site role at the Chatham venue
You will have:
• Have experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required)
• Enjoy interacting with customers and delivering excellent service
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions
Compensation
Hourly pay ranging from £12.21 to £12.71
