About OXVA
OXVA is a fast-growing and innovative company in the vaping industry, known for our cutting-edge products and commitment to quality. As we continue to expand across the UK, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store and Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive our growth in the East of England region.
The Role
As a Store and Business Development Executive, you will be the face of OXVA across your assigned region. Your main responsibility will be to visit a set number of retail stores each month, build relationships, and support our partners in promoting and showcasing our new OXVA products and helping establish new products with the stores you manage. You’ll be working towards clear monthly KPIs and have a set of defined tasks on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct regular visits to retail stores across the East of England region
● Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
● Ensure in-store compliance with branding and promotional activities
● Monitor product placement, inventory levels, and customer feedback
● Report on market trends and competitor activity
● Deliver monthly reports and meet KPIs set by the management team
● Support the rollout of new products and promotions
What We Offer:
● Competitive salary of £28,000 – £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Requirements:
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or field-based roles
