Business Development Administration Assistant
As a Business Development Administrative Assistant at TBRP Ltd (part of Castle Int. Ltd), your role will be integral to the success of our dynamic business development team.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential administrative support to our team, allowing us to focus on driving growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our business development team organised and efficient. This includes scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organised files and records.
- Platform membership support: You will actively be involved in overseeing the day-to-day management of staycation rental platforms, ensuring all listings remain accurate, optimised, and competitive. Duties include updating property descriptions, amenities, pricing, and availability; responding promptly to guest inquiries; and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Data gathering: You will assist in the collection and analysis of data relevant to business development initiatives. Your ability to handle data with precision will be essential in making informed decisions and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Social Media Assistance: Supports the planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging content across social media platforms to enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement. Responsibilities include drafting captions, editing short-form video content, sourcing relevant imagery, and assisting with campaign planning.
- Communication support : Effective communication is vital in this role. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain open lines of communication with team members, and contribute to the development of reports and presentations.
- Research: You will be responsible for conducting research on industry trends, market analysis, and potential business opportunities. Your insights will help guide our business development strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the business development team, you will contribute ideas, provide administrative support, and assist in achieving collective goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated to progress.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior administrative or business development support experience is a plus.

Education: GCSE (Secondary Education) or equivalent (Required), Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience: Administrative experience or Customer Service: 1 year (preferred).
