FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Administration, you will:

● Filing

● Collating Invoices with Statements, emailing queries if any problems.

● Checking daily takings and entering cash expenses in Xero.

● Helping to enter Suppliers invoices in Xero

● Maintaining Credit Cards account.

● Input stock into system and check and update prices

● Assist with stock ordering

The right candidate must have:

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Good numerical skills together with knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including Excel & Word.

● Able to deal with customer and supplier queries by phone and/or e-mail.

● Good organisational skills combined with an ability to prioritise and manage own workload.

● Prepared to attend training and learn new skills.

● Ideally, be familiar with Xero.

● Standard office hours (40-hour week), Monday – Friday

● Occasional weekend work needed over the busy periods
