Service
Phoenix House is a bespoke residential service that has been designed to support nine autistic adults, as well as adults with learning disabilities.

Support Worker duties:

• Supporting people with very complex behavioural needs
• Providing the best support possible in a challenging environment
• Working to person centred/behavioural support plans
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
• Providing personal care where needed
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
