FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Religious Worker to support our faith community through worship, outreach. The role involves organizing community outreach programs, assisting in religious services such as Sunday school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in worship services, prayers, and bible study.
• Organize and lead community outreach programs to engage and support local communities.
• Provide counselling and guidance to members of the congregation.
• Leading Sunday School.
• Plan and coordinate events, Bible studies, and group discussions.
• Work closely with church leadership to develop initiatives for growth.
• Assist in administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in the English language (spoken and written).
• Experience in leading or assisting with religious services and worship.
• Passionate about community outreach and evangelism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with church leaders and congregation members.
• Prior experience in a ministry or religious role is preferred.
