Your Role Will Include:

• Leading by example as you mentor and support other staff members

• Building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals

• Collaborating Delivering personal care with respect and dignity to our residents

• in the creation and implementation of personalized care plans

• Helping residents stay active and engaged
