Embrace Care is recruiting full-time Support Workers to join our specialist care team, supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.

This is a hands-on care and support role where your dedication creates genuine, life-changing impact. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support that helps people build independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing.

What we offer

  • £13.00 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience

Your role as a Support Worker

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Support individuals with Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
Follow individual care plans and positive behaviour support strategies.
Accurately record daily activities and maintain safeguarding standards.
Work closely with colleagues and never work in isolation.

What we are looking for

Experience in care, support work, Autism, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health.
Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards this.
Compassion, patience and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality care.
Reliability and a positive, team-focused approach.
