Summary

As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—providing compassionate, person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
Facilitate social activities and outings
Administering medication
Raising concerns and calling district nurses/111 when necessary
To provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes and changing bed linen when necessary
Duties may vary from time to time in line with the need of the service and as agreed with Pathways of Hope.

We are looking for 2 candidates in different areas consisting of the following:

A female driver (or non driver actively working towards their licence) working part time or full time in Portsmouth/Gosport area (domiciliary care)

A female driver working full time only in Worthing area (supported living and domiciliary care)

Please note we are ONLY looking for female candidates and are NOT offering sponsorships at the moment.
