Experienced Ofsted Children Home Registered Manager (Sponsorship Available) – £60K
(5 days per week, with one day as remote working)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a children’s home based in the London Borough of Redbridge.
The candidate must have previous experience working as a Registered Manager in a Good-rated children’s home and demonstrate the capacity to lead staff team, retain children, and generate referrals. Strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of Ofsted regulations, and the ability to maintain high standards of care are essential.
Applicants must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in professional communication with staff, local authorities, and external professionals.
Salary: £50K TO £60K per annum
