FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
iCare Living are seeking a Part Time Female Health Care Worker to support with managing a female client in her home with complex health conditions.
This is a permanent, ongoing role. Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in the UK and the ability to work here on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
We are currently seeking a caregiver for a client who is of a very happy disposition. Our priority is finding someone who can provide essential care while ensuring she remains cheerful and engaged.
Although the client is non-verbal, she uses signs to communicate her needs and preferences. She also greatly enjoys being sung to.

Pay Rates:
Excellent rates at £13.50 per hour.
Job Types: Part-time
Shifts available: Day shift 08:00 – 20.00 Waking nights : 20.00 – 08:00
Responsibilities:
Providing care to a young lady with complex health needs which includes:
- Suction care
- Cough assist
- Manual handling
- PEG feeding
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration
- Follow personalised care plans and maintain accurate health records
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the highest standards of care
- Taking the client into the community in her Mobility vehicle
Requirements:
- Female only that is bubbly and confident
- Ability to build Positive engagement between the client, family and support worker is essential.
- Experience with suction, cough assist, manual handling, and PEG feeding is preferred
- A caring nature with a dedication to improving clients’ quality of life
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence essential due to area

- You must hold a Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.
*If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*
