Care and Support Worker, L’Arche Inverness
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reports to: House Leader/Depute House Leader
Place of work: L’Arche Highland’s services currently based in and around Inverness.
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time

Notes: This position does not offer sponsorship and is best suited for candidates already located in Inverness and the Highland area.
Main purpose of the role:
As a Care and Support Worker, you will help people with learning disabilities live more independently and enjoy everyday life – empowering each person to make their own choices and live the life they want.
You will support people with learning disabilities with any spiritual choices they make, join them in activities they enjoy, and provide help both at home and out in the community.
This may include accompanying them to appointments, events, or places of worship. This is a truly rewarding role that makes a real difference and gives you a deeper appreciation for life.
