FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Pharmacist manager – Tadley, Basingstoke – Full or part-time
This is a well-established branch looking for an addition to our friendly team at Holmwood Pharmacy RG26 4ER.
We are looking for a well organised and self-motivated individual. You will have a positive, can-do attitude.
It is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist.
Health and Care work visa sponsorship is available if you are already working on a visa in the UK.
Key Skills:
- An organised individual with good attention to detail.
- Able to lead and motivate the pharmacy team.
- Maintaining and developing good relationships with the local GPs.
- Proficient at NMS.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to explain things clearly
- Understand the patients’ needs.
- An understanding of running an efficient community pharmacy.
- Services including: Pharmacy First, contraceptive services blood, flu vaccinations and blood pressure checks.
Person Specification:
- All candidates will require a current GPHC registration.
- Minimum one year experience as a pharmacist.
- Experience with repeat dispensing systems.
Hours:
Full time – five-day week.
Part time optional – can be discussed.
