Care Assistant – CARING HANDS LEICESTER
CARING HANDS LEICESTER is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to support adults living independently in their own homes. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, Person-Centred care across:
Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Derby, Coalville, and Melton Mowbray.
Our main office is located in Leicester.
This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.

You must already have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality, Person-Centred Care based on individual Care Plans
- Supporting clients with personal care and managing incontinence
- Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompanying clients to appointments as required
- Preparing meals and drinks, offering hydration and nutritional support
- Supporting with safe medication prompts
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communication
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
Requirements:
- Satisfactory DBS check and suitable references
- A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (highly advantageous)
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
